Free Shipping within the contiguous United States
All items are shipped via UPS ground. We cannot deliver to USPS Post Office Box addresses.
Most items will ship within 1-3 business days. Linens that are not in stock ship in approximately 10 (ten) business days. Delivery time varies by shipping address, but is approximately 1 week.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you directly to let you know when you should expect your receive it.

At Didriks we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our return policy is an “open one” and we will honor most return requests.
Returns are typically handled on a case by case basis, depending the the condition of the returned goods. In order for us to issue a full refund, linens must be returned in their original packaging. In cases where the linens have been fully unpackaged, a store credit may be issued.
If you're interested in buying a full set of linens, but are unsure about your color choice, we recommend you first purchase a small sample of the product, such as a pillowcase or napkin, or a swatch card.
After 30 (thirty) days, Didriks cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Didriks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Please note that because fabric-by-the-yard purchases require custom cuts, Didriks cannot accept returns on fabric purchases.
To request a return
Please contact us directly by email or phone (617-354-5700)to request a return authorization number, no more than thirty (30) days after the date of your purchase. Please mention your order number from the packing slip in your request. We suggest you ship your return insured and with a tracking number.
